10.0非常好的位置，便利的入住及退房流程，房間基本沒有隔音但淋浴以及洗烘衣設備一應俱全，完整的廚房，公共休息區域空調涼爽，頂樓也可在戶外吸煙（設有固定區域及煙灰缸）及曬衣（晾衣架，固定晾衣竿）

7.0石垣島の離島ターミナルと市街地のユーグレナモールにとても近いので便利です。可愛い猫ちゃんがいます。 そして、なんと言ってもお宿の料金がお安く、お得だと思います。
− やっぱり、音がうるさいので神経質な方は 気になると思います。でも、夜はちゃんと消灯時間があるので、ちゃんと寝れます。

6.0台風の影響によりスケジュールが変わったのですが、快く変更してくれた。
− 私がいびきをかくので隣の方に聞こえてしまうので、あまり深く寝れなかったが、それは私の問題。部屋は快適でしたよ。
