− You must know that you can’t change dates or anything once you book your stay And they won’t even answer messages
Iceberg cold water in the hotel
5.0The lady from reception is very kind, helpful and is running the hotel very well
− Last day of my stay there was no warm water in the shower, it’s 36 degrees Celsius in Rome and I came back home being warm and had to take cold shower, Now I’m very sick I need to take antibiotic and I can’t go to work
