10.0Super emplacement Logement confortable et propre Thé, café, biscuits à disposition
− Pas très bien insonorisé
Buen alojamiento
Once upon a time, this may have been a lovely place to stay…
6.0Very Nice location Very good kitchen equipment
− Once upon a time, this may have been a lovely place to stay… Sadly, our experience at Ai Sogni was very different. We found the service and support virtually nonexistent, unprofessional and amateurish. The cleaning was appalling. The kettle, frying pans, toaster and coffee maker were dirty. The shower drain was clogged with hair. The wardrobes were dirty, old and poorly put together, while the cupboards were messy and, in places, downright disgusting. The worst part, however, was the lack of support during late check-in. Based on our experience, do not count on helping if you get lost or struggle to find the entrance. Nobody seemed concerned about whether we had actually managed to enter the property safely. Very complicated instructions and information. A deeply disappointing stay, with unacceptable standards of cleanliness and a complete lack of care for guests.
Excellent hotel. Really recommend and Anna was a great host
9.0Excellent location, beautiful room and bathroom, really clean, tea and coffee provided and Anna was really helpful
− Everything was great, really recommend. Though there was a 5€ surcharge to leave bags for a few hours after check out, but perhaps this is standard.
Guest review
8.0Centrale la posizione, 10min dalla stazione di s. Lucia. Appartamento molto grande e pulito
