10.0In posizione centrale, con un giardino sospeso tra Modica alta e Modica bassa. Frigo bar a disposizione ed idromassaggio all'aperto, in condivisione con eventuali altri ospiti, disponibile H24. Io non ho avuto problemi a trovare parcheggio su strada.
− La colazione si fa in un bar esterno. E se è vero che è in uno dei migliori bar di Modica è anche vero che è un po' troppo lontano, almeno a 10 minuti a piedi.

10.0L’hotel est situé assez près du terminal de bus. A Modica, charmant gros bourg tout est en escaliers ! Ça monte, et Ça descend ! Alors l’hotel est pareil avec des petites terrasses et même un jaccusi ! Chambres joliment meublées, charme surrané. On a accès à la cuisine pour se faire thé ou café. La ville haute où est l’hotel rejoint la ville basse par des rues en escaliers en 15 minutes maximum à pieds. ..magnifique et tranquille. Super bon resto de poisson dans la ville basse, près de la place principale ! L’hotel a l’info. Vraiment chouette arrêt d’une nuit.

Good accommodation, great location, but breakfast 800 metres walk from the property.
8.0Unique boutique hotel, well located, large well appointed rooms.
− The payment included “an exceptional breakfast”, however this was to be found 800 metres away from the property in a noisy coffee shop (lots of motor scooters roaring past) and was basic. If they are going to do this, there are good coffee shops much closer to the property. I am afraid the photos of the dining table do not mean, as we thought it did, that you eat breakfast on the premises.
Great location in the heart of Modica, and comfortable room, but a few things could be improved.
7.0Great location, perfect to visit the old town of Modica, and plenty of nice bars and restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable, and the B&B setting is very nice.
− The common areas outside were not clean. The B&B has a lovely terrace overlooking the old town, but we could not sit down because all the tables and chairs were dirty, it’s a pity. The breakfast is at a nearby cafe, which is not an issue in itself (and we knew in advance), but the budget per person is €5.50, which barely covers one coffee and croissant.
A fantastic second stay at Edel Modica.
10.0The picturesque location, the wonderful Andrea and Giada, the gorgeous gardens. It is also very dog friendly.
