10.0久しぶりに英語での会話が出来て楽しかった。割切りというか、理解した上で他の宿泊客との会話を楽しめるなら最高の宿です。すぐ近くにコンビニ有り、駅までも近くロケーションは素晴らしく、オーナーの人柄もマスコット？の看板猫の猫柄（笑）も最高でした。 空いていればまた予約したいと思います。 チェックアウトの時にオーナーに挨拶出来なかったのが少々気がかりでした。

3.0伊豆急下田駅が近くで、立地は良かった。
− カビ臭くて安眠出来なかった。 日本の安宿は、安くてもそれなりに寝るだけには申し分ない所が多いが、ここだけはそうはいかなかった。 お願いだから清潔を意識して、換気は毎日してして下さい。
