9.0Good location, great room after getting changed, good dinner and breakfast.
− First room too hot but all okay after change of rooms.

7.0Both staff and food were excellent.
− 4 flights of stairs to go up to room no lift. Owner? Manager did offer to take case to room. Room (room 9) was very hot, bed not very comfortable. Couldn't keep windows open as noise from M74 was like a jet taking off constantly. No place to hang towels after shower. Access to bathroom is via a sliding door with about 18" gap to access bathroom. No place to store toiletries. Would possible stay again as long as it wasn't room 9, no idea what other rooms were like though.
