9.0Gostei da localização, atendimento e recepção dos funcionários, a limpeza e a pousada é linda.
− É apenas um detalhe bobo, mas vou compartilhar para que eles possam melhorar ainda mais: dentro do boxe não havia lugar para colocar nada, incluindo o sabonete. Eu tive que sair do boxe para poder pegar e assim molhava o restante do banheiro. O boxe também era fechado somente pela metade e o chuveiro respingava para todo lado. Mas são detalhes mínimos.

− Me iludi com as fotos do quarto. O chuveiro do apartamento não funcionava adequadamente: a água era fria e a pressão muito fraca. É inadmissível que uma pousada localizada em um lugar frio ofereça um chuveiro nesse padrão. Além disso, o quarto tinha muitos mosquitos, o café da manhã oferecia poucas opções e, em mais de uma ocasião, chegou a faltar café. Os funcionários estavam sempre de cara fechada e o atendimento foi péssimo. Paguei mais de mil reais por uma única diária. Foi, de longe, o pior custo-benefício que já tive na vida.
