One of the worst Airbnb experiences.
1.0The host was accommodating and understood why we were unhappy, and refunded us our full booking amount back. Followed up to find out if we were okay, as we left around 21:00 the evening to travel all the way back to where we live which was 6 hours away, after travelling since 5:00 the morning from Pretoria. The host asked that we notify them when we arrive safely at home and apologized for what happened.
− No hot water, the one room was smelling real bad like something had died in the room or ceiling. The top bunk bed had like pieces of the ceiling that had fallen down onto the bed. The location of the property was not great.

10.0Hannah is an amazing host and we had everything we needed during our stay. The unit is super clean and the off-street parking gave us peace of mind. The unit also has a lockbox for easy check-in.

7.0Was my first visit to Beaufort West and we arrived late in town. Did not meet host in person, but communication was good in accommodating us this late.
− Room was very small, not much space to move around bed. Room was in back yard of property. Very narrow and dark alley to the back. I did mention it to the host and she would take care thereof.
Very comfortable, very central location, staff were excellent and exceptional value for money.

Guests might be woken up by the chirping and whistling of our flock of exotic parrots.
We have one long driveway where the cars can park in a row. We communicate prior to arrival where exactly the guests can park in the driveway. This is secure parking behind gates.
Our driveway is not suitable for trucks, caravans, large trailers and boats.
Guests who willfully conceal extra people will receive a R1000 fine.
