9.0Отличная поддержка на ресепшене: готовы предоставить информацию о проживании, о Венеции, о такси, транспорте. Спасибо большое! Номер в историческом здании с хорошим видом из окна, есть кондиционер, ежедневная уборка, в номере очень чисто, умеренной жесткости матрац на кровати.
− Плохого нет ничего. Есть некоторые моменты, которые нужно учитывать: крутая лестница к номеру, в номере нет холодильника и кухонного уголка, каменный пол - в холодное время может быть неприятно. Возможно, несколько высокая цена, но это Венеция)

10.0We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, smelled lovely, had a beautiful view of the city, and was exactly as described. The room was neither very spacious nor too small—it was just the right size. The location was excellent, with easy access to the vaporetto, including the night service. The check-in process was smooth, and the hosts were friendly and responsive. Everything was well organized, and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

8.0Loved the location - no crowds at all, central location, 10 min away best food street. And the tram stop just in front of the hotel. The personel were very nice and helpful. This accomadiation is exact that you see on pictures :) nice venitian vibe.
− the room (we had 3 person room) was really small. We were aware of it, so no surpises. But at the end this was the most uncomfortable parrt. And the sillit. Once it was old and had this beautiful old design. Now the space was turned into many room and magic is gone. But it's my very private attachment for the old architecture.
