7.0Posizione comoda con parcheggio gratuito dietro l'edificio e proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile .
− Purtroppo la stanza era troppo calda nonostante il pinguino che non riusciva a rinfrescarla. E il lettino singolo dal quale si sentivano le molle quindi inutilizzabile.

5.0Appartamento appena ristrutturato, quindi perfetto in ogni dettaglio.
− Il “pinguino” utilizzato come climatizzatore è molto rumoroso, quindi impossibile dormire. Non essendoci le zanzariere, non è possibile aprire le finestre causa zanzare. Un consiglio al proprietario: trascorrere una notte lì e prendere provvedimenti per un soggiorno perfetto.

− Più di tutto il grande caldo, purtroppo mi era parso di capire che il B&B era dotato di aria condizionata, ma quello che abbiamo trovato è stato un condizionatore portatile inutile, non rinfrescava nulla per di più avevamo il bagno esterno con nessun sistema di areazione,un forno, sicuramente d'inverno sarebbe stato diverso, ma non ripeteremo l'esperienza. Per ultimo ma non per importanza era il quarto piano senza ascensore che con un bimbo piccolino e le valigie non è il massimo, per concludere direi casa pulita ma senza conforto.

5.0Non ci ho più soggiornato. Al mio arrivo ho appurato che si trattava di un palazzo popolare fatiscente, pessima zona. Alan è stato disponibile, ci è venuto incontro e abbiamo annullato senza costi ricevendo il rimborso. Questo ovviamente ci ha messo in difficoltà alle 21:30 di sera quando siamo arrivati
− Il Palazzo fatiscente all’esterno. Il Parcheggio in realtà è una piccola viuzza non asfaltata posta sul retro senza recinzione. Vi erano scooter in stato di abbandono e auto mal messe. Quartiere degradato
