8.0Location was fantastic and beds were comfortable. It was a nice touch having the window look out over the canal. We didn't use them, but it was nice to have the option for a full kitchen and living room facilities. Gated entrance felt safe and instructions to get inside were very clear with pictures and communication was fantastic. We were allowed some extra time to check out so we could check in to our next place when it was ready, which we really appreciated.
− Only thing was just the shower, water pressure was low and the hot water took a while, but just required some patience, it wasn't too bad :) We also were a little bit surprised to find that there were other guests in rooms, but the suite was large enough that it didn't feel crowded, and we never saw the other guests.

7.0Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Die Klimaanlage war gut, wir hatten ja über 35 Grad. Die Ausstattung in der Gemeinschaftskücche war sehr gut. Die Lage war für uns ideal.
− Leider gibt es in den Gemeinschaftsräumen keine Kühlung. In der Dusche fehlt sie Ablage für das Duschgel. Und den Lichtschalter am Gang haben wir nicht gefunden.

8.0Habitaciones amplias y limpias. El personal siempre comunicándose vía teléfono por cualquier inconveniente. Son muy detallistas, dejan todo preparado para que sea una buena experiencia.
− Es difícil llegar, muchas escaleras sin rampa. Una vez que llegas, hay que subir largas escaleras para llegar al piso. Si vas con maletas grandes, se vuelve un poco incómodo el camino y la ubicación.

9.0室内やバスルームは清潔で、イタリアで泊まった中で最も快適でした。建物の場所は入り組んだ路地の先にあり少し分かりにくいですが、スタッフが事前に詳細な場所を教えてくれて助かりました。（日本の方はWhatsAppのアカウントを作成しておいたほうが良いです） 共用スペースに冷蔵庫や食器、フリーのコーヒーや紅茶があります。決して安くはありませんが全体的に、ベネチアの相場と比較するとお得感があると感じました。
− 運河沿いにあり、深夜を過ぎてもボートが往来しているため騒音が気になる人はいるかもしれません。私たちは一日中歩き回って疲れていたのでぐっすり眠れました。 バスアメニティはシャンプーとボディソープのみです。
