De eigenaren waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zij wilde mij helpen met het boeken van tours die je op het eiland kunt doen. Zij namen contact op met eventuele gidsen en hielden mij goed op de hoogte. De lokatie is prima. In de buurt van het vliegveld en ook goed gelegen ten opzichte van het strand en andere bezienswaardigheden.

部屋からの眺め最高です！ お部屋はお布団でとても広く使えました！ オーナー様のこだわりも見える内装で　とても快適で清潔でした！ お見送りの際に　庭になってるバナナを頂きました。ありがとうございました。

Alles perfekt. Sehr nette Vermieter. Haben uns aufgenommen wie in einer Familie. Fragen wurden immer sofort beantwortet beziehungsweise es wurde geholfen. Würden sofort wiederkommen!

La struttura, che affaccia sull’oceano a due passi da una spiaggia, si trova in una zona che consente di accedere facilmente a tutto il nord dell’isola di Amami Oshima e anche di spostarsi agevolmente verso sud o sul versante che affaccia sul Mar Cinese Orientale. È a due passi dall’aeroporto e si trova in una zona molto tranquilla. I proprietari sono sempre molto presenti e cordiali (ma soprattutto pazienti nell’aiutare anche noi occidentali ad orientarci, suggerendo ad esempio eventi che hanno luogo sull’isola). Una trovata geniale è la guida predisposta dai proprietari stessi, che consente di individuare subito i principali servizi (ristorazione, minimarket, servizi lavanderia ecc…), con descrizione delle tempistiche per raggiungerli (e anche delle cartine disegnate a mano!). La struttura è molto pulita e il bagno in comune non ha rappresentato in alcun modo un problema. Sono presenti due bagni distinti (uno per uomini e uno per le donne) e una doccia in comune. In quattro giorni non abbiamo mai aspettato né quasi incrociato nessuno nel corridoio. Infine, la presenza dei proprietari si è sentita anche a distanza, avendoci contattati per informarci che era stato diramato un allarme tsunami e per informarci su cosa fare e assicurandosi che stessimo bene. Insomma, un posto coi fiocchi! Ci torneremo sicuramente! Amami è un gioiello!

Opposite the beach with a great view, some nice dinner spots near by and great access to beach for surfing and sightseeing. The rooms were new and fresh, very clean and the hosts went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable for us. Would recommend.
