1.0When we arrived on 19 July at 14.00 with a confirmed booking, no one answered the phone to open for us. Despite numerous calls and WhatsApp’s we only received a message from Michelle after 40 minutes. By that time we already found alternative accommodation. Despite numerous requests for reimbursement and promises from Michelle we still have not received it. Despite telling us that she would folllow up with Booking.com she is now not taking our calls. Today is the 25 July so this has been 5 weeks of frustration.
