8.0Os funcionários…foram de uma simpatia extrema. A moça que nos acompanhou mais dias era extremamente simpática, preocupada se faltava algo no quarto ou no pequeno almoço e muito atenciosa com o meu filho. Ele adorava comer uns bolinhos que eles tem no pequeno almoço e ela sempre preocupada com ele. Muito obrigada por nos tratar bem e pela surpresa

Buen trato y habitación agradable, pero con aspectos importantes que mejorar.
7.0El trato de Humayra fue encantador, muy atento y servicial. Vino a recibirnos . La habitación estaba muy bien y agradecimos mucho que nos llamara después para avisarnos de que nos habíamos dejado una bolsita. Un detalle que demuestra su amabilidad.
− la limpieza de la habitación durante la estancia, ya que estuvimos tres noches y no nos la hicieron ninguna. La puerta de la ducha tampoco encajaba correctamente. En cuanto al desayuno, la leche estaba cortada el primer día y al día siguiente seguía en el mismo recipiente. En general, creo que el desayuno podría mejorar bastante.

9.0One thing that was misleading its not a hotet as in a regular hotel, its a vonverted old apartment. The hostess was very nice and helpful.
− Breakfast not worth the money, really not worth the money your better off to go out and enjoy a nice breakfast if thats even possible in italy, there idea of breakfast is bread buns sweets and sugar cakes, forget eating a healthy breakfast.
Perfect location for seeing all the sights. Friendly staff. Clean and relaxing room.
8.0I stayed here with my partner in September. The location was great, it was clean and excellent value for money. Humayra really looked after us. She was friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond especially at breakfast time to cater for our vegan/vegetarian diets.
