Very nice place, right in the centre of many bus lines, 20 minutes walk to a historical centre. Lots of nice restaurants. Very nice and cooperative personal, also living in historical building with a classical elevator is something

− a little bit old interior, need some small renovations, but it didn't bother me much, it was a nice clean place with a high ceilings

It was a good experience overall, but I don't think I would stay at the same place again.

The experience was fairly good overall. The location was very good, close to many tourist attractions, and the area itself was generally nice, with many restaurants and cafés. However, this also meant that the area was not very quiet at night, which made it difficult to sleep. We were lucky to get a large room overlooking the street, as not all rooms have a street view.

− The main negative points were the long wait to check in. We had to wait much longer than the time we had been told when we arrived. We were also asked to pay an additional amount for city taxes. This was not clearly explained to us before our arrival, and we were surprised by it when we checked in. When I asked the host why these taxes had not been mentioned when we made the booking, he was not friendly at all. He did not take the time to answer me and simply left to do something else. Also, when the room was not ready at the agreed check-in time because it had not been cleaned yet, the host did not seem to make any effort to speed up the cleaning process, and he did not even apologize for the delay. The room was cleaned daily, but it was not a deep cleaning. There was dust under the beds and chairs and inside the wardrobes. The shower drain was also clogged.

Clean and spacious room, great location in urban area with cafees, restaurants and fastfoods, close to river Tiber and Vatican city, in a walking distance to all sightseeing places and monuments, the SIT Bus station to Fiumicino airport just around the building, the staff was cleaning the room every day… Great experience! If I come to Rome again, and I will for sure, this would be my choice again. I have recommended this facility to many my friends

− A little confusion with the wi-fi network. There are two of them “I love Roma” wich didn’t work and “Vodaphone-I love Roma” wich was great. For the later, It was neded to scan the barcode on the wi-fi device and I didn’t for 3 days, using my roaming wich was expensive :-) But after the contact with the owner, that was settled.

La ubicación es estupenda y el alojamiento cómodo y funcional para unos días en Roma. El baño está muy bien y la cama es cómoda.
