Unresponsive staff!
3.0The property is close to Roma Termini.
− The room we were given was not the same as the room in the photos that I booked. There were no toiletries at all left in the room for our use. When I contacted the staff member he said he would bring some at 9pm. We waited until 10pm and still no soap for us to have a shower. It has been 36°C that day and we definitely needed a shower!! He also said he would bring us some the next morning, but it never arrived. Extremely thoughtless and annoying to keep us waiting and not come when he said he would and also to read our messages and not bother to respond. There was also a large hole in the shower where there were exposed electrical wires which could be very unsafe.

7.0La Ubicación. Hay nevera en la cocina que es zona común. No es un hotel, es una habitación con baño privado. No te limpian a diario como en los hoteles. Hay Netflix.
− Baño antiguo pero funciona todo bien.
