9.0Incredibly comfy bed and pillows, welcoming bar downstairs (0 noise can be heard when upstairs/in your room), great water pressure. Something to note - I arrived late, around 9-9:30PM, a lot of restaurants already accepted their last orders, so I resorted to some ramen from a convenience store (there are multiple a few minute walk away). There was instant hot water and cutlery in the common room, so it was a breeze to make!
