9.0Staff was very friendly. Location is good enough, close to shops and restaurants. Sigiriya is 18 km. There are fridge, electric kettle in the hotel, so it's possible to hold some food in cold and boil water for tea. Everything was OK.

9.0The manager Mr. Dileep is wonderful and very happy to assist. Great guy all around. The room had a nice big bed and a private bathroom. It's a bit of a walk to the town center but if you don't fancy moving with your feet then a very short Rickshaw ride can take you there. There are restaurants and grocers nearby however.

8.0Location, room , cleanliness ,very good , apart from the room we selected (twin aircon,) being up a narrow flight of outdoor stairs . Watching the guys heave my awkward suitcase onto their shoulders wasn't pleasant . Beeakfast favulous, thank you to the Mum who prepared it Taxi services a bit pricey, maybe compare with Pick Me App.
− The young gun can be a bit pushy for aussie comfort . Push back and you'll be fine.
