4.0Bekontaktis įsiregistravimas patogiu metu. Patogi vieta, parkingas.
− Išvardinsiu svarbiausius dalykus. Grindys galėjo būti švaresnės ir nelimpančios.. Kambaryje jautėsi nemalonus kvapas. Labai nepatogios lovos. Šilto vandens reikia laukti... Manau visos tos problemos savininkams žinomos.

4.0− Sienos pilnos riebaluotų rankos antspaudų, lovos traška taip,kad verčiantis atsibundi, krano rankena nulūžus, kambarys dviem, - pakaba striukei - viena. Šalta, pučia skersvėjis. Laiptinė prasmirdus senu aliejum. Patalpos reikalauja kapitalinio remonto.
