1.0The staff was good to us INITIALLY and the location was nice. Despite having no screens to watch the football world cup finale the manager arranged a projector and stayed up all night to facilitate us
− They gave us a bedsheets that had holes in it from the moment we checked in and during check out they tried to blame it on us despite us being non smokers and having no iron to do it in the first place. The bathroom was clogged with water and there was 2 pillows for three of us and we had to sleep one night without a pillow. During check out the staff lied and was very rude. Becareful if you are staying with them.

4.0− While the location of this villa is great, the service was incredibly careless and disappointing. I stayed for one night and woke up to find my car which was parked in the villa’s designated parking space covered in cement dots from a nearby construction site. I immediately reported it to the staff and I cleared my windscreen so I could drive (they gave me a salt water bucket and a sponge). I went back to my room to pack, but by the time I returned to the car, it had happened again. The staff completely failed to inform the construction workers after my first complaint. To make matters worse, when I confronted the owner, he casually told me he "forgot" to mention it to them (even no one apologized), and I ultimately had to pay out of pocket for a cut and polish on my bonnet to remove the cement. Beautiful location, but the absolute lack of accountability and respect for guests' property makes it impossible to recommend.
