1.0− Užsirezervavus kambarį ir atvykus į vietą buvome pasitikti darbuotojo su peiliu rankoje, pateikus rezervacjią, jis mums tvirtino, kad laisvų kambarių nėra, tačiau pagal rezervacijos politiką, pinigai nuskaitomi, turėjome vargti, ieškoti kontaktų, skabinti į Booking atstovybę ir įrodinėti, kad negavom kambario, kad nebūtų nuskaityti pinigai nuo kortelės. Finale nuskaitė pinigus už telefoninius pokalbius, tikrai daugiau nesinaudosiu šia platforma. Vargas, nervai, nuostoliai.
