1.0How cruel and heartless the staff is. (I am sarcastic).
− I booked this trip for my father and 12 year old niece. My niece is an orphan and my dad is her legal guardian, and he wanted to take her to see the sea. She ran away from home, I won't go into detail, but she has trauma for not having parents. I explained the situation to the staff, as I paid beforehand. First I requested a refund VIA BOOKING, which they IGNORED. When I told them if they can give me a refund, they said "We are sorry, but because of BOOKING's policies, we cannot". That was obviously a lie, as the refund was requested via Booking themselves, and they just had to accept it. I pointed it out to them, and they ignored my message. I then sent them an email and explained again, and they said in the email that they cannot make an exception. They could've given us a refund, considering our complicated situation. They had all the tools, all they had to do was accept Booking's request. I'm sure they will reply to this message and explain how they in reality wanted to, but couldn't because of some stupid reason. Seeing as they gave me a fake reason and I immediatly pointed it out, I expect them to find out something else too. How do you expect such owners to be? If they didn't care about our situation, and even worse, didn't even consider that we are in a rough place financially too because of taking care of our niece, they won't care about you either. I fully hope it was worth it to keep the money of a single elderly man and his family. I hope it was worth it to lie even if you had the possibility to be a good person and accept the request made via Booking.
