This is a cute apartment in the center of the action!
9.0The apartment is in the historic center. You can walk to everything! The room was comfortable, and they allowed us to bring our small dog. It was nice having the living room and kitchen common areas. We also enjoyed people-watching from the little balcony. The staff helped us with laundry for a fee. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.
− When we arrived, we didn’t have the information to enter the building. We had to call to get the door codes. We were able to get them fairly quickly, but it would have been helpful to receive them before our arrival.

1.0I wasn’t able to get in to the building as they never answer the door I tried to call them and sent them a message and the answer 3 hours later
The listing was inaccurate and the host agrees. I left two days early with zero compensation.
1.0Cute, authentic place in the center of everything, though crazy loud with fireworks and processions until 2 - 3AM
− The listing was a fabrication. I'm a woman traveling solo and expected a safe entry: a 24-hour front desk consistent with the listing. There is no desk, no human. There were no lights on. Once I made it inside, I groped around in the dark for light switches. Instead of a front desk there is a padlocked iron gate. The 'sun deck' is a pile of discarded furniture on the roof, accessible by a rusty set of stairs with an unattached handrail. At the time, the listing, which I saved to PDF, claimed to provide daily housekeeping, bar, salon, 24-hour front desk, baggage storage, tour desk, and more. None of those things are available. The host claims booking.com added facilities without their knowledge. Booking.com insists they cannot be held responsible as they are a "social media site, just like facebook, with no control over what hosts include on their profile." It was not possible to secure the room from the inside as the swing lock had been removed. The balcony floor has a hole in it with logs covering the opening. The towel rod was held on by exposed nails and a water bottle cap. When I contacted the host they said this was because they offered an authentic experience, not a modern stay.
