100% farm stay, quiet and relaxing
7.0Dinner was very well prepared and served with a side salad and desert. Breakfast was continental and served evening before, not the morning. Heaters makes the unit very cosy in winter.
− Shower floods the bathroom when used, right into the lounge area. Fridge needs defrosting. Kettle needs descaling.
Good stopover.
9.0Very roomy. Nice dinner and breakfast and very pleasant hostess.
− In winter it’s a bit cold! We did have heaters and electric blankets.
Right place, right time on our trip; we made a plan for our supper.
8.0Comfortable, warm, beautiful surroundings.
− We asked for a hob and it wasn't provided. There was a stove but it was labelled 'out of commission'. Also, although it wasn't a problem for us, the gas heater ran out of gas just before we went to bed.
