3.0− V prvom rade izba bola veľmi zašlá, popraskané umývadlo, obúchané steny, kopec chrobákov na izbe. A keď si niekto do popisu napíše “súkromné parkovisko” a potom vám ukáže miesto na ulici, na ktoré máte zamierenú kameru a ráno si pred 8:00 máte ísť kúpiť parkovací lístok … otras, hlavne keď máte auto naložené tovarom a toto mal byť hlavný dôvod , rezervácie ubytovanie. 50€ kaucia za izbu , ktorú máte prenajatú na jednu noc, len teda neviem čo by sa na tej izbe dalo viac zničiť. / ktorú sme ani nevedeli že je potrebné zaplatiť dopredu keďže ich mail spadol do spamu.

7.0Great location, clean rooms with aircondition, good value for money.
− Each time I have to call to check in and calling in roaming is expensive. There is a bell caller but it doesn't work good. Also when checking out if no one is there I need to open front door, block it with a suitcase and then go and leave the key at the reception. You can make it a bit more convenient, but with all that in mind I would definitely come again.

5.0Páčil sa mi prístup personálu a milé jednanie Vybral som tento penzión kvôli polohe a pristupu k pevnosti kde sa konal preţek
− 1. Požadovaná záloha na účet 3 dni pred pobytom pričom bolo uvedené,že žiadna záloha požadovaná nie je 2. Pri platbe som platil 10€viac ako bolo uvedené na booking ... A ani personál nevedel prečo. Až po hodine googlenia a patrania som našiel malými pismenkami 2€/osobu miestna daň čo nebola započítaná 3. Viem že je to penzión ale mohly by investovať do vankúšov .. tie boli katastrofálne na oboch izbách ale ok ... Za to body nesťahujem 4. Nefunkčný teleevízor na jednej z izieb 5. Čistota postelí bola super ... Pod posteľou nie 🙂↔️
