− Everything old , hasn’t been updated for very long time
Will not recommend the house for anyone at that price
4.0The location was spot on, parking was great.
− Air conditioners did not work, swimming pool had problems and someone had to come and fix it, kids could not swim due to high chemical content in water. Gas braai’s could not be used due to condition and cleanness of units. We were robbed 2:45 the morning at the house while we were in it and sleeping, The alarm were on but did not work. At least no one got hurt.
Unhappy Stay
3.0The house was big and could comfortably accomodating our big family. It had all equipment necessary for the stay. The caretaker was friendly.
− The house was neat but it was not clean. Bed linen seemed as though it was not changed or cleaned from previous stay. Carpets were dirty as though not washed for months. Bathroom carpet still had dried toothpaste as not washed from previous stay. Shower floors and glass were dirty. Some basins were blocked. Floors were dusty and kitchen cutlery and crockery sticky and greasy. Kitchen sink leaked. Aircons didn't work except for 2 rooms. On inspection from a service provider sent, the motors were broken and some aircons disconnected to not be used. No bin bags provided or additional toilet rolls or towels. There were also huge cockroaches crawling all over! The photos posted on Bookings do not accurately reflect the standard of comfort and cleanliness.
