Very disappointing, Cold, uncomfortable stay for our UK guest.
1.0nothing pleasant about the place.
− It was very disappointing that the establishment could not even consider accommodating a partial refund for the unused portion of our booking, as we did not stay for the second part of our reservation. We understand that the booking was made on a non-refundable basis; however, we felt we had no choice but to book alternative accommodation because our concerns were not adequately resolved. The water pressure was extremely low, making it difficult for guests to shower properly or even wash their hair. The room was also uncomfortably cold. It only had a single bar heater, which was insufficient to heat a tiled room during winter. Although the heater was replaced, it made very little difference, and the room remained cold throughout our stay. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience and had expected a higher standard of comfort and service.

10.0Honestly those ladies and gentlemen deserve a raise😂🤌🏾 they check on you like no one else and always greet you with the warmest smiles.. their hospitality truly makes you feel at home.. big compliments to the entire guest house team for the outstanding service😅

− How the parking is located, far from the rooms,the location of the reception at the window gate, ( steep hills on entrance) No glass on shower water spills all over,it makes floor slippery may cause injuries
