4.0The staff at check in and breakfast was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good
− The family flat is definately not equipped to accommodate a family, there is not sufficient cutlery, crockery and glassware. There was no extra bedding for the sleeper couch. We could not use the shower in the main bathroom, there is no cubicle, so everything would have been wet. The curtain that is suppose to seperate the bathroom from the room only had like 3 hooks keeping it in place. It looks awful.

7.0− Challenging with operating TV.
Practical
6.0I skipped breakfast to leave early. The bed had an electric blanket, which was nice. The TV had some channels that worked, like eTV. One can see the room is used often. If you only sleep in the room, it is fine. The little enSuite is acceptable. I honestly only slept there.
− The bedlamp plug does not fit the socket, when you plug it in it switches the plug off. That was a bit frustrating.
