− Noisy bathroom, we could hear the neighbors take a shower at 7AM, neighbors smoking in their room and some next to the entrance so the smoke came into the hallway and into the room, dark room, some heavy smell

− Ubicación un engaño, 6 km en coche o pagar funicular. Armario inexistente, un tronco de madera colgando del techo con 4 perchas. Las camas fatal, de lo peor que puedes encontrar, una en el suelo que eran cojines, parecía la cama para un perro, pero ni eso, tenía una madera en medio que te clavadas. El personal mal, no querían saber nada, me cambiaron una cama y la mujer solo le faltó ladrar, la cama que me cambiaron no se la doy yo ni a mí enemigo.
Estancia muy agradable en un lugar espectacular
8.0El ambiente muy tranquilo y acogedor y la amabilidad y disponibilidad del personal y el entorno alejado del bullicio del centro pero a la vez a un paso en el funicular y con unas vistas inmejorables
− Las instalaciones necesitarían un lavado de cara. Baños muy pequeño, difícil gestión del agua caliente…

5.0Las instalaciones estaban bien la zona de la piscina adecuada. La habitación era cómoda el baño amplio.el desayuno hera bastante bueno.
− No tenía local para comprar unas aguas ni cafés ni ningúnas otras cosa por si que rías cenar allí. en la habitación podían poner una nevera pequeña para poder tener unas botellas de agua. En conclusión muchas deficiencias
