10.0Esme was amazing. I had a flight cancelation and they where fully booked when I tried to change the dates on booking and then I contacted her and without any hesitation she immediately understood my situation and even so got me a much better room than what I had paid for. I highly recommend them. The free shuttle was also a convenient and I could pick a time and they very flexible. And the room was amazing and I loved everything about it, I even wished I was staying longer to enjoy it, and it got cold in the even and I had a heater to my disposal. Also, the spar is at a short walking distance and the neighborhood is very safe to walk in.

− Kettle not working. Offered an Iron without an iron board. Not clean. Walls not clean or painted properly

3.0− The place looks nothing like the pictures. The was half a roll of toilet paper in the toilet. The hand soap was not refilled. The heater was not even hot it was there for decorations. The fridge was not cleaned from the last person that was there, there was still some left overs on the fridge. There was only 1 sachet of coffee and no milk and the coffee was just thrown there on the tray. There was just alot going on. I am not happy was not good value for money
It was nice , comfortable and they don’t bother you if you just want to stay in your room and not be bothered.

− The wasn’t enough toilet paper , only one and you have to go to reception to ask for another one
