− Der fein abgestimmte und restaurierte Charme eines antiken Hauses verbunden mit dem Vorhandensein der modernen Kommunikationstechnik. Und das ganze in einer ganz nahe am Ortszentrum gelegenen mit Jakarandabäumen gesäumten Wohnstrasse.
