Le calme, l'emplacement, plage à proximité

The resort and staff spoiled my holiday and experience of the island

Location

− During my stay, I experienced several serious problems: - I found multiple cockroaches inside my room. - My room was not cleaned during my stay. - When I politely requested a room change and offered to pay extra, the staff behaved aggressively and unwillingly changed the room. - The resort rented me a motorbike without providing a helmet or checking the bike. - The motorbike stopped working far from the resort despite having fuel which I filled the completely empty tank I was given. Several Thai people and tourists attempted to start it and believed there was a battery or remote problem. - The resort repeatedly failed to answer phone calls when I requested assistance and in general the resort doesn’t answer calls. - I was forced to pay 200 baht for a taxi back to the accommodation. - Upon returning, the owner shouted aggressively at me and blamed me for the situation, even though she was informed by Thai people that helped me .she was making and has made me feel intimidated and unsafe as a solo female traveller.

LOCATION is incredible, hotel is medicore to poor compared to the others at the beach.

the Location was out of this world, the beach was incredible, the water was so hot, it was almost like jacuzzi.

− the staff was rude, on the brink of passive agressive not very helpful on planning activities. we asked for help booking a snorkling trip we were advised to rethink going because of the weather. the weather turned out to be perfect, and they did not want to help us book snorkling, so we had to go to the hotel next door to go snorkling that day, really did not improve our experience at the hotel. im a huge foodie, so food is important for the quality of my vacation, and this was the poorest food i had in my entire trip to thailand.

La plus belle plage de Koh Kood, des bungalows en bois très confortables avec des transats sous les arbres devant et la mer. Calme absolu, presque personne sur la plage. Eau cristalline, sable parfait.

L’emplacement sur la plage est paradisiaque. Le bungalow complètement conforme aux attentes avec tout le confort nécessaire.

− Le personnel est désagréable et les services laissent à désirer. Nous avions constamment l’impression de déranger par exemple quand ma conjointe est en difficulté avec deux valises à porter et que le personnel la regarde et dit non à la patronne pour l’aider. De plus les horaires du restaurant sont faites en fonction de leur humeur, ( on nous dit de venir avant 19h30, nous arrivons un peu avant 19h et le restaurant était fermé, heureusement qu’il y avait un autre resort ouvert juste à côté).
