10.0Our host, Susanna, was excellent - she was very communicative and very kindly facilitated a room swap with no issue and a late check-in which we very much appreciated. The room itself was beautifully decorated and spacious with the painted ceiling being a real highlight. Everything was spotlessly clean. We were able to conveniently store our luggage there after check-out before exploring Pisa some more - location is great with the Tower just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!
Good location, Mobility Friendly
8.0The property had an elevator so good for us as my mom had limited mobility. The room was a very good size and not too far from Pisa tower - so location was good to visit the tower. The room and bathroom were very clean. There was air conditioning so good for summers just that airconditioning took time to cool the room (about 2 hours). The host was very responsive especially when we reached late at night. For the money paid i.e. EUR 165 per night the rating I would give is 8 out of 10.
− I felt the bathroom especially toilet seat was very cramped. everytime you go to the sink your legs would touch the seat which was not great. the AC took a while (2hours) to cool the room. Getting a taxi from this location was challenging and would be good if we knew that. Otherwise nothing else.
