10.0Es war ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis. Wir wollten Rom erleben und wurden unfassbar herzlich von Valentina empfangen. Die ganze Organisation durch diese bezaubernde Frau war sagenhaft. Das ist gelebte Gastfreundschaft, das ist Leidenschaft. Das Zimmer hat uns sofort abgeholt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ich hab keine Ahnung wie sie das alles bewältigt. Frühstück ist pünktlich da, Zimmer wird gereinigt, wenn man Fragen hat, kommt prompt eine Antwort von ihr. Sagenhaft. Bella, du bist die Sonne, die morgens wärmend aufgeht und abends im schönsten Schein untergeht, und morgens wieder da ist, für das Schöne, das Italien für mich ausmacht. Grazie mille, Valentina ❤️

10.0Amazing staff who go above and beyond; especially Valentina! Our room, the white room, was very spacious and clean. And the large, jetted tub is a great way to relax after a long day of sight seeing. This area of Rome is less touristy, and the location is great. We walked about 2 mins down the road to visit restaurants and the grocery store. Breakfast is served to your room in the morning and they offer lots of tasty options. There is a small elevator (lift) as an alternative to the stairs to access the suites. Another plus is the billiards table in the common area. We have stayed here twice this year and will definitely visit again.
