− Non avevo capito fosse a piano terra, il bagno è davvero maleodorante, non si possono aprire le finestre perchè le porte finestra affacciano direttamente sulla strada inoltre i letti aggiuntivi erano davvero pessimi, considerando il prezzo pagato non la prenoterei più, purtroppo a Roma è facile imbattersi in queste situazioni.....

The location is good, in the middle of Trastevere but somehow away from the big crowds at night. Rome is a great city.

− I’m afraid we can’t say many good things about this apartment besides the location. We were there for three nights and went home coughing from the humidity inside the apartment (the walls were showing obvious stains from it). The mattress did not have a protector of any kind, it was just a thin blanket between us and the exposed surface of the mattress. Half of the outlets didn’t work, so we had to charge one of the phones in the bathroom. The A/C smelled as if the filters were dirty, which wouldn’t surprise me given the average level of hygiene in the room and the fact that the unit couldn’t be reached without a stair (high ceilings). Something tells me they know this because there was an old, yellowed out fan in the room with a nice layer of dust to go along with it. The owner/manager/whoever is behind the phone number kept on messaging us via Whatsapp during the whole stay, often way too late in the night or early in the morning, just to ask basic things like if we had collected the keys, or put the cash for the tourist tax in a mailbox, all because they woudn’t even bother to come check and collect it for two days. The bidet leaks water. The courtains are just two big blackout pieces, and the apartment is at street level, so you can choose between being completely exposed to passersby or not having natural light in the morning. And last, but not least, the bed was extremely fragile and seemed like it was going to collapse at any given minute, which again wouldn’t have been a surprise given the fact that one of the corners of the structure was kept together USING DUCT TAPE. I don’t write reviews and I’m more of a “if you have nothing good to say, better say nothing” guy but I honestly felt like they stole 500€ from us.

Lage war super

− Das Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss direkt an der kleinen Nebenstraße an der in der Nacht durchgehend betrunkene schreiende Menschen vorbeigegangen sind. Das Bad war vom Zustand her wirklich nicht gut, alle Fugen waren komplett verschimmelt. Das Bett sah auch aus als hätte es es seine besten Jahre hinter sich gehabt. Allgemein muss ich sagen kann ich dieses Hotel/Appartement nicht empfehlen. Hätte es 40€ die Nacht gekostet wäre es etwas anderes aber für 180€ die Nacht erwartet man deutlich mehr. Hat nicht überzeugt

Beliggenheten! Også bra med aircondition. Dusjen hadde OK trykk.

− Toalettet manglet sete, en list løsnet fra veggen og det var lite toalettpapir. Dette ble lovet levert når vi meldt fra at det var tomt - så det ble en liten krise da vi kom til rommet sent på kvelden og oppdaget at det ikke var levert likevel. Alle butikker var stengt. Vi fikk aldri levert toalettpapir og handlet selv.
