10.0We had a really lovely stay here. The location is surrounded by nature and has a beautiful, authentic Bali vibe while still being close to Ubud. The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, and when the air conditioning stopped working, they had a technician come and fix it the very same day. Great service!

Un séjour agréable, avec quelques points de confort à améliorer
8.0J’ai beaucoup aimé l’environnement de l’hôtel. Le cadre est très agréable, entouré de verdure et de la jungle, tout en étant situé dans une rue calme et à quelques minutes du centre d’Ubud. Le personnel a toujours été serviable et a fait de son mieux pour répondre à mes demandes.
− Je pense que l’expérience dépend beaucoup de la chambre ou du bungalow que vous aurez, car il existe plusieurs configurations. J’ai séjourné dans deux chambres rénovées : celle du bas était plus humide, tandis que celle du haut était plus lumineuse. En revanche, j’y ai rencontré un problème d’insonorisation, principalement lié à des voisins bruyants. Si vos voisins sont calmes, l’expérience sera sans doute différente. Les climatisations mériteraient également un meilleur entretien.
