10.0Super hostel! The garden is beautiful and a perfect place to relax, with plenty of hammocks, cozy seating areas, and lovely string lights that create a great atmosphere in the evenings. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. The location is perfect—right on the beach. Since the rooms are treehouses, it can get a bit noisy on weekends, but that's part of the lively beach vibe. The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. They helped us book our overnight bus to Quito, arranged surfboards, and gave us lots of helpful local recommendations. We felt very welcome throughout our stay and would definitely come back!

9.0Nos encantó la ubicación, también la atención del señor que atiende el hostal, super amable, pendiente a todas nuestras solicitudes y hasta nos recibió tempranito con la habitación lista. Tiene un lindo bar con un café maravilloso, postres, pizzas y demás para que uno no tenga que salir en la noche, aunque Canoa es super tranquila.
− Todo nos gustó, hay mínimos detalles constructivos en el baño que ya requieren mantenimiento. Tal vez mejorar también la iluminación de la habitación porque es tenue (muy romántica)

1.0− Quiero expresar mi insatisfacción con la reserva que realicé en su hotel. La habitación que me asignaron no cumplía con lo que pedí. La habitación que solicité estaba ocupada, a pesar de que la reserva era para las 12 del mediodía y llegué a las 3 de la tarde. Me ofrecieron otra habitación, pero con un costo adicional de $25, cuando claramente había solicitado dos habitaciones para todas las personas que venían conmigo. Además, la habitación que me dieron tenía un dormitorio arriba del mío, lo que no era lo que pedí. Yo había solicitado una habitación con una cama matrimonial y otra habitación con literas más una cama matrimonial, pero no me proporcionaron eso. Recién cuando me iba, me ofrecieron un dormitorio con varias camas y otra habitación para las personas que venían conmigo. También me exigieron $20 en efectivo por la cancelación para evitar el cargo de cancelación más alto que cobra https://Booking.com Nos negamos a pagar, ya que no fue culpa nuestra y consideramos que esta práctica es corrupta. Espero que tomen medidas para resolver este problema y mejorar su servicio al cliente
