6.0The steps was a problem. Others were bigger than the normal.

− How this accommodation could be rated an 8 is beyond me. I booked 2 specific rooms only to learn when we arrived that most of their rooms are rented to monthly contractors and therefore not generally available to the public. As the one room that they wanted to place us in was dark in daylight with the lights on, at our request they moved one of our party to a room that is normally occupied by a monthly contractor. The rooms hade a pervading odour that clung to your clothes. There were holes in the doors. Working globes are missing from most of the light fittings. The guesthouse and the rooms are run down. The floors had not been properly cleaned. There was a stain on one of the duvet covers and the pillows smelt and were either hard or flat offering no support. The place just made you feel completely uncomfortable. We will not be returning and unless all you need is a bed, a toilet that flushes and a shower that works, I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.
