A welcoming and generous staff with excellent location and it is safe and quiet.
8.0Already wrote up another stay, but the staff allowed me and my colleague to use our rooms after check out until later in the day to accommodate late airport departures. This was really nice and offered with no charge. A rarity! Also I always love this location with all the restaurants, coffee shops, and other amenities so close. Would definitely return.

8.0Very nicely located on a quiet street, yet near restaurants and coffee shops and a short walk to the zoo. This place is secure and the staff is helpful and want to please. I asked to change my bedding and it was done quickly and they also hung laundry out to dry for me. Very nice.

− There were some small things to improve: 1) explaining how the hot water works in the shower; 2) explaining the internet; 3) providing bottled water. The manager or host was kind, but not as helpful as I would have hoped.
The location (close to our family and friends) was the only reason we decided to stay.

− The booking page had misleading information and picture. When we showed up at the property, the room with three beds and a private bathroom was not available. They put us in a different room with a detached bathroom, telling us it was private. Later, others were using the bathroom, saying that the management told them the bathroom was a public bathroom.
