It was a wonderful, comfortable stay that exceeded my expectations.
10.0Everything was great. The host was very kind and welcoming, and the place truly exceeded my expectations. I came prepared for a three-night stay with my own linens, cookware, and cleaning supplies, but I didn’t need any of it. The home was fully equipped with everything you could need, making it feel comfortable and just like home.

10.0Rose and her husband were so nice and communication with her was awesome. Unfortunately, we booked this place during the coldest night and the heat wasn't working well. After I contacted Rose she immediately responded and had her maintenance guy come over, he was also super friendly. The heat was an issue so she moved us to another one of her properties, which was beautiful. The location of her places are in a great location and very clean with all the things you need in a home. Highly recommend booking with Rose for any stays in Springfield.

− Communications was awful. Information I received through email or text was wrong. Had the wrong codes to enter the house. Also the Wi-Fi information was wrong. We we got the location late around midnight as we had told the person we would be late getting there. When we tried to get in the codes did not work that we were given. Had to call the person and get the codes. Person said that they had apparently sent the wrong information and then blamed Booking for doing so. Once we got in it was late in the Wi-Fi information was also wrong. Had to call the person to get that. Also. I was giving no information as far as what needed to be done before we left in the morning. Had to call also to get that information. Overall communication was awful. The refrigerator had the handle broken off of the freezer section so items we wanted to put in there had to be put in the refrigerator and of course we could not travel with them in the morning.
