6.0מיקום מצוין באמצע יער. חדר גדול,מעוצב יפה. איזור ציבורי מעוצב יפה בסגנון של בית ציידים. כורסאות מסאג׳ בחינם קיבלנו דרינק חינם בערב ביום הראשון להגעה
− איזור הספא היה מאוד מלוכלך ! מים בג׳קוזי וחוט טיוב לא הוחלפו והיו מאוד מלוכלכים.ביקשנו לנקות,אך כשחזרנו לאחר כחצי שעה ,ראינו שלא הוחלפו מים(למרות שראינו אשת ניקיון במקום). גם באיזור ציבורי שולחנות היו דביקים,מלאים בבקבוקים וכוסות .צוות לא מיהר לפנות אותם. לא דוברים אנגלית בכלל תהיו פיקחים: ניסו לחייב אותנו על לינה ,למרות שכבר שילמנו דרך בוקינג! כמו כן,דג בתפריט מתומכר לפי 100 גרם,כאשר בפועל מחייבים על 300 גרם.היו תלונות על כל בצ׳ק אוט מעוזבים אחרים מקרה הזוי אחר:עובדת קבלה נכנסה לחדר דרך מרפסת -פשוט קפצה ממרפסת של חדר סמוך, כדי להציע שירות חדרים,כאשר באותו יום השאירו לנו את המגבות מחוץ לדלת ! ממש לא ברור למה עשתה זאת ומזל שבני נשאר בחדר ופשוט אמר לה לעזוב.

10.0Excellent stay. We loved the level of cleanliness and attention to us. Greeting us with gifts, both ways, was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and generous; we missed nothing.
− The walk from the Wet Sauna to the jacuzzi through was a little weird, but doable. Would love a goose down pillow.
