Great place to stay near Jasna ski resort with excellent hosts!

Excellent place to stay near Jasna ski resort, it really exceeded my expectations, as the kitchen and bathroom were spacious and well equipped. We stayed on Easter weekend and got a delicious cheese cake as bonus :)

− Double bed is not really a double, it is two single beds put together, and mattresses are way too soft for a good rest.

Nagyon szép, tiszta, jól felszerelt apartman, gyönyörű, csendes helyen, extrán kedves vendéglátók :)

Csodás környék, körben az Alacsony-Tátra gyönyörű hegyeivel. Csendes, nyugodt és tiszta, rendezett kis településen. Reggeli nem volt, de kétszer is kaptunk meglepetés házi sütit :)

Location was good. The apartment was mostly clean, with a relatively well equipped kitchen and the basics covered, but we had to wash most of the cutlery and crockery before use as they were not very clean. Heating was good, everything was warm and there was plenty of hot water. Ski storage was useful, although the lighting in the room was inadequate. Good size room, storage was good and the apartment was close to a Ski bus stop, although limited bus times from here.

− A few things could be improved about the facilities. Namely there is nowhere to hang the shower head, there are no curtains so you have to rely on blinds which do not block out sufficient light. The lighting in the room is inadequate and one of the mattresses has definitely seen better days. Where the apartment falls down and scored poorly for us is due to the owner. As others have mentioned he is not friendly or welcoming at all, when we arrived we were met by what appeared to be a random man walking up and looking at the car. He spoke little English (which isn't a problem in itself) but knew the words cash, deposit and tax, which sums up the attitude really. His hospitality and social skills are lacking, and seems to be very much out to make money and nothing else. The night before we were due to depart he approached us about some road grime on his drive and started demanding that we pay him because of it, we questioned why and did not pay but were left feeling extremely uncomfortable and considered checking out early. The hospitality business is not just about facilities, it is about people skills and making people feel welcome. The owner falls down heavily here and should really consider if this is the right business to be running.
