It is a great place to stay - will stay for the weekend next time.
9.0Family of 6 with 22 month old baby - we stayed overnight at The Risa House for a wedding at Oakfield farm. It has a beautiful interior and lovely gardens despite the winter. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely indoor fireplace, lots of heaters and electric blankets on the beds to help with cold nights and early mornings. The shower was excellent. So good that each bedroom has it’s own ensuite bathroom/shower. Enough parking for our 3 vehicles. Wish we could stay longer to enjoy the place fully (eg the hot tub). Will definitely go back for a weekend and also enjoy the Spa ( it’s on the same premises as Woodlands Healing Spa).
− Sometimes there is a bad smell coming from somewhere in open plan kitchen-living area - smells like a drain.

10.0The house is really gorgeous, from bed sheets to room designs, the host has amazing taste! The picture don't do the house enough justice. Definitely worth every cent. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

− The room with all the high windows was quite cold in the night, the school next door was very noisy in the week, couldn't sleep in, but weekend was perfect!
