− Deveriam ter informado antecipadamente que no dia 01/01 não haveria pequeno-almoço. Não é correto anunciar no site que o restaurante está a funcionar e que o pequeno-almoço está incluído quando sabiam previamente que o serviço não seria prestado, mesmo com a tentativa posterior do dono de resolver a situação.
