10.0Friendly, helpful staff. Very well maintained. Furnishings extremely comfortable and plush. Perfectly central and the staff knowledgeable about sights to see in the area. Would definitely stay again and recommend it most warmly.

Lovely Hotel
9.0We had a wonderful stay at Dukes Hotel Bath. The staff were incredibly lovely, enthusiastic, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the beautiful city of Bath. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The breakfast was delicious, with great service and a lovely start to the day. Everything about our stay was enjoyable, and we would happily recommend Dukes Hotel Bath to anyone looking for a welcoming and relaxing place to stay in Bath. Thank you to all the staff for making our visit so memorable!
− The only small suggestion I would make is regarding the irons. When I asked to borrow one, I was told there were only three irons available for the whole hotel. It might be worth considering providing an iron and ironing board in every room, or at least having more available for guests!

10.0A hotel in a great location, just a stone’s throw from the historic centre, easy to get to and with parking available nearby. The staff are attentive, helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious, modern and tastefully decorated. An excellent choice if you’re looking to stay in Bath

9.0Great location, Beautifully decorated and renovated. Great Staff. The addition of parking at it sister hotel. Fantastic Breakfast. Clean. Needs A/C but being an unesco heritage area I can live with that.
