Great location (in a beautiful building), the room was very clean and spacious, the bed was also comfortable and the host was very friendly. Loved staying here!

− We were here during the heatwave in July and the airconditioning system did not work very well (old airconditioning machine) - it cooled down the room a bit but nog enough.

Quiet and pleasant neighborhood, close to the Vatican. The room was spacious.

− If you have a later flight, you may not receive a particularly warm welcome. The air conditioning is quite noisy and could use better maintenance.

An exceptional and authentic Roman stay at Domus Serafino

Situated in a historic building right next to the Vatican, this hotel offers an outstanding location. The neighborhood is perfect, with an excellent gelato shop right on the corner and a supermarket nearby. The room was spotlessly clean, well-equipped with air conditioning, and feature a tasteful Roman-style interior design. It was also quiet with great soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful, noise-free rest. A unique highlight is the antique-style elevator (looks like Art Nouveau), which was a fun and delightful first-time experience. ​The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. There are two wonderful people named Mr. Marco: one went above and beyond before we even arrived, sending us super detailed tips on taxis, buses, and the metro via Booking.com; the other welcomed us with great patience, politeness, and enthusiasm, providing a detailed and helpful orientation regarding Rome. The cleaning lady was also very warm and kind. Since our departure was in the afternoon, they allowed us to store our luggage for free and use the living room to rest after checking out. Overall, we had a thoroughly satisfying stay.

旅馆位置相对来说还是很方便的，我坐火车到罗马火车站，坐三站地铁到达旅馆位置，旅馆去圣彼得大教堂和梵蒂冈都很方便，走路即可到达。 旅馆位于楼层的五层，有电梯。 马可人很好，很热情，旅馆每天也都会打扫卫生。

− 空调很吵，位于床边。 旅馆要求10：00退房。 旅馆分别有四把钥匙开门，楼下大门，栅栏门，屋门，房间门，每天要背着钥匙。 地铁遭遇小偷。
