− La stanza aveva un odore di chiuso, non gradevole La doccia era ostruita e dopo pochi secondi l'acqua arrivava alle caviglie Il wc ha una pompa elettrica che si attacca in continuazione e dato che il bagno è a 1 metro dal letto dormire è a dir poco complicato. Ho provato a staccare la spina e il wc si è riempito d'acqua e il bagno puzzava di fogna. Per chi arriva in auto trovare posto è un'impresa quasi impossibile, perfino il garage a pagamento (20 euro a notte) era completo. Dopo 45 minuti di giri attorno all'isolato abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare a 2 km.. sulle strisce pedonali. In sintesi mi domando come un posto simile possa avere 8.8

− Επρεπε να μας αλλάξουν διαμέρισμα με το οποιο δεν ειχαμε προβλημα,αλλα στο αλλο δεν ειχε καλη θερμανση και εκανε κρυο το βραδυ σε μεγαλο μερος του σπιτιου και επισης δεν ηταν καλα καθαρισμενο,ειχε σκονη παντου και μια κουβερτα που υπηρχε μυριζε τσιγαρα και ειχε τρυπα απο τσιγαρο
in general place is good. breakfast could be better and parking is problematic

− breakfast was not actually a real breakfast (at least not what i expected). it was self-service breakfast with coffee machine and some packed snacks. comparing to another place where it was real food. but in the description in both it says "breakfast is included". i think description is misleading and we probably would not rent this place if we new that it is not real breakfast. also parking is VERY problematic. took us 1 hour to find place. and it could be longer....

9.0- Personnel accueillant, serviable et à l'écoute. - Très bons équipements. - Emplacement près des magazins et restaurants. - Très bonne ambiance italienne, loin des foules touristiques. - Station metro et bus proche à 7 min à pieds . Séjour satisfaisant et rassurant, tout est organisé et en place lors de l'accueil, et bien expliqué par Madame Claudia. Je n'y manquerai pas de retourner.
− Le seul inconvénient c'est qu'il est situé loin du centre historique de Rome. Plus de 45 min en transport commun.

10.0Perfect for what I needed, a comfortable room with great air con in a solid location for visiting nearby friends. Great service and welcome by Claudia on the day, and easy check-out process. Great value for money.
− Beds could have been a little more comfy but I'm more than happy to swap that for the excellent air con and spacious bathroom.
