− Zdjęcia nie oddawały rzeczywistego stanu pokoju i łazienki. Uchybienia techniczne obiektu były uciążliwe (odrywająca się uszczelka pod prysznicem, zacinające się drzwi łazienki, nieprzyjemny zapach w łazience)

L'emplacement est le point fort. L'immeuble est très bien. La chambre était bien même si quelques retouches/ rafraichissements pourraient être appréciables. J'avais lu de très mauvais avis donc j'avais un peu peur mais nous avons tout a fait pu nous reposer pendant ces deux nuits. C'était propre (draps et serviettes) et plutôt silencieux, tout a fait correct pour le prix. La clim marchait très bien. La salle de bain était équipée avec le nécessaire donc rien à redire. Gaia nous avait aussi envoyé toutes les infos via whatsapp donc aucun soucis avec les clefs.

− Il y a quelques petits détails ça et là comme le robinet qui devait être revissé ou la tête de lit a rafraichir pour être plus esthétique. Un petit coup de peinture sous la fenêtre pour faire plus joli. Tout cela n'était pas de nature à nous empêcher de bien dormir dans cette chambre.

Great location, very close to the Metro and easy walk to the Vatican. The host was very attentive to ensure we were settled into the room, really nice touch with the video of how to get into the suite. It smells really nice in the entrance hall, very welcoming. We stayed in room 5, the room was perfect, watch out for the frame on the bed though, it’s easy to catch your shins🤦🏻‍♂️, the bed itself was too soft for me, I prefer ‘the floor’. The wife said it was very comfy. A little note, when you want to leave the suite, the little round black latch on the left, slides to the left. 😉👈🏻

− There were noises coming from the adjacent rooms, guests not being especially noisy, but we could hear talking and banging in the sink from the adjacent bathrooms, some acoustic wall panels would be beneficial.

Ottima posizione, a 10 minuti a piedi dai Musei Vaticani e dalle fermate autobus necessarie per muoversi verso altri punti di interesse della città. Apprezzabile la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli gratuitamente prima e dopo il check in, anche se non sorvegliati.

− Non è un hotel, ma una guest house che viene gestita interamente da remoto quindi non c'è nessun tipo di staff presente in struttura nel caso di necessità. Vengono condivisi dei numeri whatsapp da contattare in caso di necessità, ma abbiamo avuto tante difficoltà a metterci in contatto con qualcuno per chiedere più informazioni sulla struttura non solo prima del nostro arrivo ma anche durante la nostra permanenza. Ad ogni domanda fatta abbiamo sempre ricevuto un "certo" sbrigativo, che spesso e volentieri non era neanche pertinente con quello che era stato domandato. Non ci è stata data nessun tipo di comunicazione riguardante le modalità di check in o check out, ma abbiamo dovuto sollecitare noi per avere informazioni in merito, cosa abbastanza fastidiosa tenendo conto che è una mansione che dovrebbe spettare all'host. Le prese affianco i comodini non funzionano a meno che non venga lasciata la luce principale della camera accesa. Dalla prenotazione risultava esserci anche la colazione gratuita, ma non abbiamo ricevuto informazioni a riguardo e sinceramente, viste le difficoltà di comunicazione, abbiamo lasciato perdere e quindi non abbiamo usufruito del servizio. Sicuramente c'è un gran margine di miglioramento da questo punto di vista, perché queste incomprensioni e confusione hanno creato malcontento e insicurezza durante la nostra permanenza.
