Cet établissement est vraiment à proximité des lieux d’intérêt à proximité des activités de kayak Rafting canyoning et du petit village à côté également qui a plein de restaurant, c’est vraiment un bon rapport qualité prix par rapport à son emplacement

− La propreté est à revoir, il y a quand même des traces sur les murs de la chambre qui pourraient être nettoyées. De plus. C’est dommage, il y a de jolis espaces communs mais j’ai l’impression qu’ils ne sont jamais nettoyées par une femme de ménage. La cuisine était souvent sale un bon coup de ménage ne ferait pas de mal avec un entretien toutes les semaines La chambre numéro quatre comporte une Clim, mais par contre elle est sous les toits avec un VELUX qui laisse entièrement passer la lumière, attendez-vous être réveillé de bon matin

Location is very good with good access to activities and nice restaurant right accross the street. We also did not have any trouble finding parking accross the street but it was not yet the busy high season. The balcony was very comfortable. A previous review stated bad balcony furniture and the owners replied it was replaced and that is true, it was nice sitting outside. The view is abit blocked by houses and trees nearby but if you look over them it is still enjoyable. Apartment has oven, water kettle, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, so basically everything you need. Owners are also very responsive, our water kettle did not work and it was replaced very quickly. Water pressure was very good and enough hot water for the shower is very nice. Internet was also good enough to stream netflix and available in all rooms.

− Quite a lot, this is actually i think the first time i am not leaving a good review. As previous reviews stated, some repairs should be made. The doors still don't close easily, using some force fixes this, but i am then always scared i will break it. The shower leaked a bit of water, we fixed this by putting an extra towel on the floor. When putting the shower head in its holder, if you then turn on or off the water, the shower head will fall because the bar holding everything together is very loose. So first time it fell right on my foot. The bed... it is very narrow and short. It was not comfortable to sleep with 2 people, although we are not slim as i lift weigths and my girlfriend used to swim competitively, so we have a bid broader shoulders. I just ended up sleeping on the sofabed. The bed does not have a slatted base, just some loose wooden beams. When i lied down i noticed in some areas there was no support and when removing the matress we noticed this is because of the loose beams. We tried to spread them evenly but as soon as you put the matrass on them and move it into place, the beams also shift as they are loose. The sofa, if you make it into a sofa bed, the damage and dirtyness shows. It can be managed by putting an extra sheet on it and it was probably damaged by bad guests.

Lokalita, hezké vybavení, kuchyně a jídelna, cena

− V noci se z rozvodů topení ozývalo pravidelné hlasité praskání způsobené tepelnou roztažností. Zvuky byly natolik intenzivní, že jsme se opakovaně budili a nemohli se vyspat. Bohužel nám nepomohly ani špunty do uší 😏. Navíc jsme nemohli ani žádným způsobem regulovat topení, neboť byla odmontovaná termostatická hlavice.

Gute Lage. Ein Restaurant gleich gegenüber.

− Wir reisen schon 25 Jahre über Booking und so eine Unterkunft hatten wir noch nie erlebt. Wir waren nahe dran vorzeitig abzureisen. Die Nacht für 80 Euro entspricht den Leistungen in der Unterkunft. Die Türen lassen sich nur durch zuknallen schließen. War auch bei anderen Zimmern so war.Auch die Vermieterin brachte keine Änderung.Die Heizung ist ständig an und lässt sich nicht abstellen da die Amatur am Heizkörper fehlte .Wir mögen keine Klimaanlage und müssen diese aber ständig laufen lassen. Die Toilette ist verschmutzt.Klodeckel lose. Klobecken undicht. Die Tür zur Toilette ist die Klinke lose. Die Zimmer nebenan und und von oben sind hellhörig so das es für uns eine Belästigung ist. Im Bad war noch der Müll vom Vormieter im Mülleimer. Das Zimmer ist abgewohnt. Ein Kühlschrank sollte im Zimmer sein. War aber nur ein Mini Kühlschrank. Parkplatz in 50 Meter.

Die Lage war super. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war gut, schnelle Antworten.

− Das Appartment selbst ist sehr klein, was ok war, aber alles ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt. Z.B. Badtür schließt nicht richtig, Duschhalterung fällt immer wieder raus, etc. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war nicht gut, es fehlten einige Basics (zB funktionierender Wasserkocher). Unsere Empfehlung: kleine Investition, dann wird das wieder eine tolle Unterkunft und der Preis ist auch wieder angemessen.
