10.0Отличный семейный отель со вкуснейшими завтраками (домашний мед, сыр, варенье, творог и еще много всего). Просторные, комфортные номера со всеми удобствами, хорошая кровать, балкон, с которого видно горы. Приятные хозяева, которые всегда готовы помочь и подсказать. В течение дня можно попросить сделать чай и кофе

10.0Everything about the place was perfect! Arshaluys is an absolutely lovely woman who really reminded of my own grandmother from Artsakh. She was kind and hospitable, the room was very spacious, well decorated and truly special. They have achieved a really lovely space. The breakfast was 15/10 – absolutely stunning, fresh food. Everything was so well thought through. Cannot recommend enough.
− The road to the guesthouse that goes above the city is a really terrible one - my recommendation would be to drive there through the city instead. It's much better in comparison. But that was just my mistake as that's how my Yandex navigator brought me.

9.0Location, staff and service were all good. Food was very good. Very friendly and accommodating. Newly renovated. Owner made us early morning coffee with smack and evening tea with nuts, that made it extra special.
− Room smell not the best (room #2). Google maps didn't find the place and don't think there was a name board for the place. But used booking.com location on map to navigate.
